For me it was all about how can I make one great cup of coffee.

Years later I have discovered that everything matters.

Refining how I brewed my coffee…
Lead to where I got my roasted coffee…
Unsatisfied with that brought me to roasting my coffee.

When I started roasting my coffee I learned that there is a whole world of flavors out there based on where it was grown, how it was processed… the soil, the elevation everything matters.

Quickly I realized most businesses even cafes didn’t have the time and bandwidth to take advantage of all coffee had to offer. If I could bring them in-house roasting so they could tell their own coffee story then I could help more people enjoy coffee the way I get to enjoy coffee.
